Any employee is eligible for 30 days sick leave per calendar year.
- If taking sick leave an employee may be required to provide a reason explaining the absence.
- If the absence is for 3 days or more, an employer may require a Medical Certificate from an approved hospital.
Totem Standard Sick Leave (Thailand)
Any employee is eligible for 30 days sick leave per calendar year.
- The sick leave entitlement commences in full on the employee’s date of commencement with the company.
- If an employee takes sick leave then that employee is required to provide a reason explaining the absence.
- If the absence is for 3 consecutive days or more, an employee is required to provide a Medical Certificate from an approved hospital.
- Unused sick leave is not carried over to the following year.
