By selecting the pending approval tab a listing of leave application status will be displayed.

Leave application status may either be Pending, Approved, Rejected or Cancelled.

The system does not differentiate between rejected and cancelled, although the terms may be used by a company to indicate the stage at which a leave process was interrupted.
