Any pregnant employee is eligible for 90 days maternity leave per calendar year.
Maternity leave is an entitlement that commences upon employment by the company.
The employee must receive pay for 45 days of Maternity Leave.
If taking maternity leave an employee may be required to provide a Medical Certificate from an approved hospital.
The leave entitlement is for one continuous period and public holidays and weekends do not increase the period allowed.
