Finally, to get everything up to date, you will need to import staff leave for the current year.
Download this spreadsheet and we can get details about the leave your employees have taken. The layout of the spreadsheet is straightforward. The columns we have are:
- A - Staff Members Name (as recorded in the first spreadsheet)
- B - Leave Date YYYY/MM/DD format
- C - Duration of Leave, for example, ".5" indicates a half days leave; "1" indicates a single days leave; "2" indicates two days leave, etc. Note: These are actual days of leave, and should not include weekends or public holidays in the calculation.
- D - Leave Category, for example, sick Leave, Annual Leave etc
- E - Reason (if required by company policy)
