Let's start by downloading this spreadsheet and we can get the core information about your company. The layout of the spreadsheet is straightforward. The rows we have are:
- 1 - Your full company name
- 2 - Your company tax ID and whether HO or Branch
- 3 - Your company address for tax purposes
- 4 - Your company telephone number
- 5 - The name of the person handling the setup (probably you!)
- 6 - Email address of person handling
- 7 - Their telephone and extension
- 8 - How many staff does your company have?
- 9 - Do you have separate locations within Thailand or overseas?
- 10 - List in separate cells (to the right hand side) the different departments that your company has
- 11 - How many days a week does your company work?
- 12 - Is that number the same for all staff?
