Firstly, download this spreadsheet and we can get details about your employees. The layout of the spreadsheet is straightforward. The columns we have are:
- A - staff ID (if used)
- B - the employee's first name (English)
- C - the employee's last name (English)
- D- the employee's first name (Thai)
- E- the employee's last name (Thai)
- F - their gender (M/F)
- G - Employee's date of birth YYYY/MM/DD
- H - their nickname (optional)
- I - their position title
- J - the date they joined your company YYYY/MM/DD
- K - Employee's Leave Management Profile
- L - their email address (probably their company mail address, but any valid email address will do)
- M - the Department they work in
- N - the name of Direct Manager
- O - the name of 1st approver
- P - the name of final approver
- Q - if on probation, the date their probation ends YYYY/MM/DD
- R - The employee's mobile phone number 0x xxx xxxx
- S - ID card of employee
For leave approval you have two options:
- if the employee only needs one approval, just use the first approver column
- if the employee needs two approvers, fill out first and second approver columns
After you've got this info together, email it to totem-setup@gainplus.asia and we'll get the info into the cloud for you.
Later you can review this info in the program and make changes or add extra info.
